How often do checks run?
Whenever you press run, plus optional weekly or daily schedules per site. Because a single answer can vary, results are reported as frequency, cited 4 of the last 5 checks, rather than a one-off yes or no that flips on refresh.
Where do the prompts come from?
You write them, or seed them from your own Search Console queries with one click. Suggestions only ever come from your measured data, never from a generic template list, so you track questions with proven demand.
